The African American Achievers Youth Corps, Inc. is a non-profit 501 (c) 3 organization. The organization was founded to empower African American young males to take control of their lives in a positive manner. The Glen Theater provides educational and employment opportunities for the members of the African American Achievers. Participants  in the youth group can apply for employment with the theater and learn the daily business operation of a theater while receiving a powerful cultural experience from interacting with the stage performers.
